The third day in Oita just passed by. I still feel a little depressed around here. The city seems boring, it is like living in the country. (Haha, this should not come from a little girl from a little town like Paderborn, which has only one third of Oita's population.) The International House (the student dormitory for non-Japanese like us) is quite near the main center, but it still feels isolated around here. Can't explain why. And it's ugly (sorry for my German directness). A (German) friend who was here two years ago accurately relates to the student dorm as "cockroach hotel", haha.
I guess I am bored because the last weeks were packed with so much action! I should stop dreaming about Taipei and the things I could do there. I should do it like this keychain:
This keychain I was given as a present in Taipei. The key is for my dorm room in Oita. I should fusion both parts in my soul together and come to peace.
